Bookmarks and Landmarks, featuring the book “When the Emperor Was Divine” and a discussion of the Japanese American internment by Japanese American Citizens League, and tours of Japanese Bath House and Neely Mansion. Free, but Reservations must be made with the King County Library System.
We are currently looking to fill a Secretary and a Director position to complete our board.
Our annual membership meeting will be held at the Mansion on January 21, 2017 starting at 2 pm. The program is the story about the Hori Bath House Restoration project presented by Linda Van Nest. A brief business meeting and elections will be held. Wine and light refreshments will be served; and of course, hot tea!

Tour the mansion decorated for the holidays; visit our Swedish and Japanese-American rooms; tour the newly restored bath house; enjoy light refreshments served by docents in period costumes; explore the expanded gift shop; listen to traditional holiday music; and take your own holiday photo.
Summer Tours on Saturdays! Enjoy touring the Mansion, Japanese American furoba (bath house), and stroll the beautiful grounds. The Northwest Regional Spinners will be in attendance to show their spinning craft. Suggested donation – $3 per guest.
